characteristic:
(1) The two welded objects overlap and are pressurized by ultrasonic vibration to form a solid form. The bonding time is short, and the bonding part does not produce casting structure (rough surface) defects.
(2) Compared with resistance welding, ultrasonic welding has longer die life, less time for die repair and replacement, and is easy to realize automation.
(3) Ultrasonic welding can be carried out between the same metal and different metals, which consumes much less energy than electrical welding.
(4) Compared with other pressure welding, ultrasonic welding requires less pressure and less than 10% deformation, while cold pressure welding has 40% - 90% workpiece deformation.
(5) Ultrasonic welding does not require pretreatment and post-treatment of the welded surface as other welding.
(6) No external factors such as flux, metal filler and external heating are required for ultrasonic welding.
(7) Ultrasonic welding can minimize the temperature effect of materials (the temperature of the welding area does not exceed 50% of the absolute melting temperature of the welded metal), so as not to change the metal structure. Therefore, it is very suitable for welding applications in the electronic field.
advantage:
High fusion strength; Close to cold processing, workpiece is not annealed and has no oxidation trace; After welding, the conductivity is good, and the resistance coefficient is very low or close to zero; Low requirements for welding metal surface, oxidation or electroplating can be welded; The welding time is short and does not need any flux, gas and solder. Welding without spark, environmental protection and safety.
Disadvantages:
The metal parts to be welded shall not be too thick, and the solder joint shall not be too large and shall be pressurized.
